The 2019 Cyclocross World Championships might be over, but our coverage isn’t.
We do our best to capture every Team USA competitor at the World Championships, and it’s not for images to sit on memory cards or hard drives.
It’s so that fans, friends and families of the racers and the racers themselves have published memories of competing on the world’s highest stage.
While not every American gets featured in the race report’s photos, if we have an image of them racing, it might as well have a chance to be seen.
So we’re hastily getting our USA Cycling racer photos up, awesome photo captions be dammed.
First up is a gallery of the Team USA Junior Men, the first race of the two-day event in Bogense, won by Brit Ben Tulett.
In the Junior Men’s race, Nick Carter battled for the holeshot and finished 22nd.
Alex Morton overcame a missed pedal at the start to pass half the field and finish 18th.
Jared Scott ended up in 41st, Andrew Strohmeyer in 51st, and Lucas Stierwalt in 53rd.
We have dozens of images of Team USA’s juniors competing at the 2019 Cyclocross World Championships, thanks to the efforts of Bart Hazen and Kirk Keeler. A few of them are below.
Pick up a print or digital download, have a lifetime memory, and support our coverage in a way that a photo credit doesn’t. Contact us if you need a full resolution file.
