HAZLETON — City police seized an off-road bike Saturday after its operator drove it on the wrong side of the road, according to a news release.
At around 1:24 p.m. police observed a small blue and red dirt bike occupied by two males traveling north on Locust Street, near Fourth Street, passing vehicles and driving on the wrong side of the roadway.
Police said they followed the bike until it pulled into the parking lot of Turkey Hill at 800 Alter St.
The bike was hidden on the side of the building. Officers located it and towed it from the scene.
The bike, a 2013 Honda ORV from Sugarloaf Township, is not releasable and is under investigation.
